Information for parents

We are unable to deal with parents directly between contact sessions other than by email. If you have any questions please contact whoever referrered you to the Centre or you can get legal advice through the Citizens Advice or a solicitor. Some solicitors offer a free session if you need legal advice but cannot afford a solicitor.

Please note that a Child Contact Centre is not a place for negotiation - it puts into practice agreements made elsewhere.

Our telephone number: 07954543461 is on from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on the days we are open for contact and is not monitored at other times. You are welcome to leave a message for us at other times, which we will pick up on the next contact day.

You may also email us on: and we will do our best to answer your queries as soon as possible. Do note, however, that we are unable to offer advice and can only comment on the times and dates that we are open. PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE AVENUE BAPTIST CHURCH BETWEEN CONTACT SESSIONS. THE CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR DOES NOT WORK FOR THE CHILD CONTACT CENTRE AND WILL BE UNABLE TO HELP YOU. We only use the church halls on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month and are not there at other times.

If you wish to refer yourself to our Centre please see our page 'Self Referrals' for information on how to apply.
